CHOOSING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

The deigns are printed onto silk card not photo paper so to get the best out of the printed image please consider the following before approving your design.

​

• Choose photos that are BRIGHT with a STRONG LIGHT SOURCE. Areas in shadow or darkness may not print too sharp

• If possible use original photos NOT screenshots or images form Facebook

• If you are using professional photographs, please use copies which are suitable for printing. Using thumbnail or taster images will reduce the sharpness of the print

 

APPROVAL CHECKLIST

Before “confirming your design” carry out the following checks

​

1  IMAGES – check all photos are in the correct position and visible

2  CHECK DETAILS – make sure ALL details have been updated and are correct

3  PROOF READ – Check all spelling and grammar is correct

4  FINAL CHECK – if you have ordered a card with multiple pages, for example folded, gate folded or double sided prints make sure you have checked and personalised all of the pages

 

DO NOT “CONFIRM YOUR DESIGN” TO PRINT UNLESS IT IS 100% PERFECT.

As soon as you “confirm your designs” it will be sent straight through to our print server. Do not confirm to print with the intention of contacting us to make changes as it may be too late. If you have any queries or cannot create a design you are happy with please contact us on the website / app that you placed your order through. Giving as much detail as possible to what you are trying to achieve and our team will help.
